You must follow the right directions to get to a specific spot. The incorrect way will mislead you, and the right way will take you to your destination.
Still we can’t be accurate all the time. Often we have to get lost or confused about how to get to a new place with a preset spot!! We all had the experience, of course (s). I got, too. I got.
In these moments, it can be difficult to ask for directions, particularly in a place with transport means like a bicycle, a motorcycle or a car.
I chose to go walking to learn about my new setting when I moved into my new apartment a couple of months ago. It was all fun when I started. I could not make my way home. I could not make my way home! Since I’m lost, I feel shaken, frightened, stressed out.
I almost began to lose all hope that I would go home the evening before I discovered somebody with a Garmin eTrex 30x GPS. Only then could I trace back home my steps.
I’ve decided to carry out more tests and studies of the GPS system based on this unique experience with the Garmin eTrex 30x. Hence, my reason for writing this review article on the eTrex 30x Garmin. Just sit and enjoy this “wonder” device’s thrills.

Features of Garmin eTrex 30x
The Garmin eTrex 30x is an amazing precision, lightweight, portable and lasting handheld GPS. It is compatibel with a range of accurate maps and comes equipped with 3,7GB of data and an SD card slot to upload the satellite network to give you a pinpoint precision. It could be. If you’re searching for a handheld GPS that does almost anything.
Two AA batteries are used as a power source for Garmin eTrex 30x. The average lifetime of two AAs is 25 hours. It is a big difference how bright the show is how long it lasts. In case of emergencies we still advise the transport of new batteries. In case you have to replace the batteries it is easy to carry repairs along with you. The display is 24 hours off an AA cell with an average battery life.
The e Trex 30x is one of the most compact and lightweight hand-held GPS units on the market, despite its impressive performance and capabilities. The instrument itself is approximately 1.4 x 1.7 inches and features a 2.2 (diagonal) display that offers the ideal balance from portability to visibility.
This GPS device also does not weigh you down, weighing less than five oz, so that you can add more equipment and supplies to your route. It’s a compact unit that slips into your pocket when you don’t need it, and slides into a backpack compartment just as quickly.
The GPS eTrex 30x has 3.7 GB internal storage and an SD card slot to recharge your storage if needed. Save more than enough internal memory of up to 10,000 points and 200 songs. Up to 32 GB and FAT32 format compliant with SD cards. Although you will probably end up with an SD card, the default map is pretty simple for further information.
In sunlight, the 65K color view on the eTrex 30x is readable. The resolution of 240×320 pixels means maps and details are not broken. The gui is longer lasting and is easier to use. We were disappointed that there was no touch screen as it’s perfect for a touch interface thanks to its size.
The eTrex 30x uses both the GPS and GLONASS satellite systems. It will lock on to your position quickly and keep your location as you move around. Just click on the satellite option on the menu and you’ll also get to see your location, elevation, and accuracy. It is accurate to 3 meters. You can even look at which satellites you’re using and the signal strength if you’re interested.
Using both of these systems gives you much better service and better accuracy. The device can also work using Russia’s equivalent,GLONASS.
The e-Trex 30x comes with a joystick and five side buttons like all eTrex models. The joystick is the fast way around the GPS and lets you quickly explore all the menu options. You can also use it to easily label a location by retaining it.
The side buttons are extremely handy and help you turn them on/off, zoom in and out, get short to the menu screen, go back a step and change the brightness to save battery and contrast.
The advantage of using buttons is that they work no matter what, rather than a touch screen. If wet or gloves, buttons work well. Whether it’s rainy weather.
Garmin eTrex 30x is a fantastic center of the GPS portfolio. The show is superb, crystal clear and visible. The precision of the location is also unbelievable and when combined with stability, waterproofing and long battery life, it seems to be born on tracks for a long time. It doesn’t have a touch screen or communication capability, so you have to pay a lot more for it. It’s robust, waterproof, inexpensive and efficient to help people navigate places they don’t know.
