All the Travel Information you will need to know about flying with Integra Air.
Fares are based on seat availability. All fares are non-refundable and subject to change and cancellation fees ($50 +applicable taxes) and/or difference in fare if applicable. If cancelling an I Pak within 6 hours of the fight time this will result in the fare being forfeited.

- Bereavement Fares Integra Air offers bereavement fares to those who are travelling due to a death in their immediate family. Change fees and differences in fares do not apply to this fare. It is a reduced fare and is not available online for booking. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for more details.
With Integra Air’s ticketless system, a paper ticket is not required to check-in; however, we recommend that you carry your Flight Itinerary with you during your trip as it contains many important details pertaining to your flight including contact phone numbers for Integra Air.
To assist you with on-time departures, passengers should check in at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Failure to check in 15 minutes before departure time may result in cancellation of your entire reservation.
For security requirements, please ensure that you have a form of government issued Photo ID with you for checking in to your flights.

If you require extra assistance in boarding please let Integra Air know about your needs when you check-in for your flight. We have a wheelchair available to assist you to and from the aircraft. Pre-boarding is provided for guests traveling with small children and for guests requiring some extra assistance.
Baggage Allowances vary based on departure city. Please refer to your itinerary for baggage allowance. A $2.50 per pound charge will be applied to every pound exceeding specified baggage allowances for each departure city. Baggage above the normally accepted limit may be accepted subject to aircraft weight and space availability. Extra charges will apply. Due to Ministry of Transportation safety requirements and the size of aircraft Integra Air operates, carry-on baggage is limited to what will safely fit under the seat in front of you. Carry-on baggage must meet the size requirements of 12″x1 2″x 13″ and weigh less than 13 pounds (6Kgs). A reminder that all carry on baggage is subject to security restrictions and any prohibited items such as lighters, knitting needles, finger nail files and clippers, etc. will be confiscated by security.
Passengers flying on Integra Air please check in at the Integra Air counter inside the terminal.
Integra Air offers its passengers the convenience of free parking in Bonnyville. Please sign in your vehicle with the Customer Service Agent once inside.
Calgary Boarding Location
Calgary Integra Air Jet Centre is located at 5414 11 St NE, Calgary, Alberta, T2E 7E9.
Passengers flying on Integra Air need to check-in at the counter with the Integra Air Customer Service Agent inside the Integra Air Jet Centre.
Integra Air offers parking at the Calgary location for a charge of $10.00 per day plus GST. Payment can be made at the Customer Service counter once inside.

Executive Flight Centre 3684 – 53 Ave East, Edmonton International Airport. From Highway #2 or the Queen Elizabeth Highway traveling south from Edmonton, take Exit 525 onto Highway 19 West and take the first left turn onto the Airport Service Road and travel 2.1 kilometers and turn right at the first set of lights on 53rd Ave.
Passengers flying on Integra Air to Lethbridge need to check-in at the counter with the Integra Air Check-In sign located in the Executive Flight Centre at the Edmonton International Airport. Staff from the Executive Flight Centre is contracted to provide passenger check-in service by Integra Air.
Paid parking is available through Executive Flight Centre for a rate of $12.08 per day or $65.10 per week.

Edmonton International Airport is located 30 kilometers south of downtown Edmonton along Alberta’s primary north-south access (Alberta Provincial Highway No.2). EIA is a convenient 30-minute drive from downtown Edmonton, 75 minutes north from Red Deer and 2.5 hours north from Calgary. The airport is accessible via Airport Road at Exit 522 on Highway 2. Check-in Passengers flying on Integra Air need to check-in at the counter, with the Integra Air Check-In sign, located in the Edmonton International Airport. Staff from the Executive Flight Centre are contracted to provide passenger check-in service by Integra Air. Integra Air’s check in conter is located inside door #25 on the departures level, beside the Renaissance Hotel hallway. Cut off time for flights will be 45 minutes before departure.
Fly Thru Screening
Traveling between Edmonton and Medicine Hat for a business meeting or a day trip? The Edmonton International Airport offers exclusive priority security screening that gets you through the security process in no time at all! The Fly Thru service is available for Integra Air’s passengers making same-day business trips within Alberta and is located at the main security screening point.
The Lethbridge County Airport is located 4 kilometers south of the city on Highway 5 which takes you to Cardston/Waterton. Scheduled flights operate to and from the main terminal building at the Lethbridge County Airport. Visit the Lethbridge County Airport at http://www.county.lethbridge.ab.ca
Passengers flying on Integra Air need to check-in at the counter with the Integra Air customer service agent in the main terminal building at the Lethbridge County Airport.
Integra Air offers its passengers the convenience of free parking in Lethbridge. The parking stalls are clearly marked with a red sign at the head of the stall and are located at the east end of the Paid Parking area located in front of the main terminal building. When you turn into the Paid Parking lot the stalls on your left are the ones marked Integra Air Free Parking. If you use our free parking please register you vehicle at the check-in counter.
The Medicine Hat Airport is located at 1-49 Viscount Ave SW, Medicine Hat, AB. Integra Air staff will be assisting you with the check in process, with a counter located inside of the main doors of the Medicine Hat Airport Terminal.
Paid parking is available through pay stations at an hourly rate of $2.00 per hour, or $8.25 per day.
Cancellations are permitted up to 2 hours prior to departure time and will be charged all applicable change and cancellations fees. Cancellations made less than 2 hrs prior to departure time may forfeit all monies paid for that flight. “All monies paid” is defined as all fares, fees, surcharges, and taxes.Cancellations made on the same day of booking are fully refundable to original form of payment. Cancellations made after the day of booking are subject to a $50.00 +tax cancellation fee with the remaining balance being placed in a credit file that is valid for 1 year from date of creation. Cancellations by the airline due to weather will result in the fare being placed in a credit file for future use, valid for one year from the date of cancellation. Refunds will not be issued.
Changes made on the same day of booking are not subject to a change fee but are subject to a difference in fare. Changes made after the day of booking may be subject to a $50.00 + tax change fee and difference in fare if applicable.
Name changes are subject to a $50.00(+applicable taxes) change fee.
GST (5%) and Nav Canada/Insurance/Fuel Surcharge/Terminal Fees are collected on all flights. Integra Air also collects a Security Tax (Air Traveller’s Security Charge), per one-way flight as directed by the Government of Canada. Integra Air collects Airport Improvement Fees as directed by the appropriate Airport Authorities.
Those who miss a flight(s) forfeit all monies paid for that flight; they will not receive a credit or a refund. ‘All monies paid’ is defined as all fares, fees, surcharges and taxes.
If a flight is cancelled due to mechanical reasons by Integra Air, all passengers scheduled to be on said flight will not be charged for that flight. If however the passenger waits or transfers to the next available Integra Air flight or Integra Air rebooks passenger on another carrier they will be billed accordingly.
- Transport of Animals
Integra Air does not transport non-service animals in the cabin or as cargo.
- Dangerous Goods
Integra Air does not transport dangerous goods.

- Passengers requiring Oxygen
Within Canada, Integra Air will permit a maximum of two oxygen apparatus per passenger aboard the aircraft. A maximum of two passengers requiring oxygen are permitted per flight. Documentation: Passengers travelling with oxygen must have a doctor’s certificate stating they are acceptable for travel. Integra Air also recommends that you bring any other documents related to type of cylinder you are bringing (e.g. flow rate, P.S.I., and capacity).Oxygen acceptance: Only gaseous oxygen is permitted. Integra Air will not accept liquid oxygen. Oxygen may not be checked as luggage under any circumstances. Integra Air will not supply oxygen; Passengers must make their own arrangements to obtain oxygen.Cylinder requirements: Oxygen cylinders may not exceed 40.6 cm (16 in) in length and 7 kgs (15 lbs) in weight. Integra Air will accept D or M-6 size oxygen cylinders only. The flow rate must not exceed 4 L/min.Batteries: If you are traveling with a battery-operated regulator for your oxygen cylinder, please bring extra batteries with you to ensure that your regulator for the oxygen flow is operable.
- Pregnant Passengers
A woman in any stage of pregnancy is welcome to fly. Women past 32 weeks must consult a physician and obtain a written confirmation stating they are acceptable for travel and to ensure that the seatbelt will not cause injury to the unborn child.
- Passengers with Allergies
We do serve peanuts as snacks and other snacks with nuts as part of their ingredients (e.g. cashews, brazil nuts). The CSA must advise the pilots if a passenger declares any allergy problems relating to the snacks or food serviced on board.
- Passengers Traveling with an Infant
Passengers under the age of 2 yrs old travel for no charge and must remain in lap for the duration of the flight. Children 2 yrs and over pay regular fare.
- Unaccompanied Minors
Integra Air accepts a maximum of 2 children between the ages of 7 and 15 years old that are travelling without a parent or guardian. Both the person dropping off and meeting the unaccompanied minor must have valid government issued identification. Documentation is required prior to the child’s flight.
- Passengers bringing Medications Onboard
Passengers should take any prescribed medication onboard with them. Pilots and Customer Service Agents are not permitted to administer or give out any type of medication. Passengers who may require medication during flight and are unable to administer it themselves will be required to travel with an attendant.
Passengers who require syringes for medical circumstances and will be transporting these items in their carry-on luggage are recommended to also bring the medication which needs to be administered by a syringe. The medication needs to be in a container with the name of the medication and the name of either the pharmacy which dispensed the medication, or the manufacturer of the medication.
- Visually Impaired Passengers
Visually impaired passengers are welcome on flights with or without a service animal, and will be pre-boarded.
- Hearing Impaired Passengers
Hearing impaired passengers are welcome on flights with or without a service animal, and will be pre-boarded.
- Service Animals
Service animals will be carried in the cabin of the aircraft, free of charge, when on duty. The animal will be required to travel at the passenger’s feet. Integra Air may request documentation to verify that your animal is indeed a service animal.
