Check-In
Check-In Time
To assist you with on-time departures, passengers should check in at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Failure to check in 15 minutes before departure time may result in cancellation of your entire reservation.
Ticket
With Integra Air's ticket less system, a paper ticket is not required to check-in; however, we recommend that you carry your Flight Itinerary with you during your trip as it contains many important details pertaining to your flight including contact phone numbers for Integra Air Inc.
Photo ID
For security requirements, please ensure that you have a form of government issued Photo ID with you for checking in to your flights.

Assistance
If you require extra assistance in boarding please let Integra Air Inc. know about your needs when you check-in for your flight. We have a wheelchair available to assist you to and from the aircraft. Pre-boarding is provided for guests traveling with small children and for guests requiring some extra assistance.
Baggage
You are allowed to check in two (2) pieces of checked baggage with a combined weight of 100lbs. Baggage above the normally accepted limit may be accepted subject to aircraft weight and space availability. Extra charges will apply. Please note: regulations are subject to change. Integra Air is not a dangerous goods carrier.
Carry-on Baggage
Due to Ministry of Transportation safety requirements and the size of aircraft Integra Air operates, carry-on baggage is limited to what will safely fit under the seat in front of you. Carry-on baggage must meet the size requirements of 12"x12"x 13" and weigh less than 13 pounds (6Kgs). A reminder that all carry on baggage is subject to security restrictions and any prohibited items such as lighters, knitting needles, finger nail files and clippers, etc. will be confiscated by security.
Transport of Animals
Integra Air does not transport non-service animals in the cabin or as cargo.
Dangerous Goods
Integra Air does not transport dangerous goods.
Cargo
Integra Air does not transport cargo at this time.
Passengers requiring oxygen
Within Canada, Integra Air will permit a maximum of two oxygen apparatus per passenger aboard the aircraft. A maximum of two passengers requiring oxygen are permitted per flight.
Documentation: Passengers travelling with oxygen must have a doctor's certificate stating they are acceptable for travel. Integra Air also recommends that you bring any other documents related to type of cylinder you are bringing (e.g. flow rate, P.S.I., and capacity).
Oxygen acceptance: Only gaseous oxygen is permitted. Integra Air will not accept liquid oxygen. Oxygen may not be checked as luggage under any circumstances. Integra Air will not supply oxygen; Passengers must make their own arrangements to obtain oxygen.
Cylinder requirements: Oxygen cylinders may not exceed 40.6 cm (16 in) in length and 7 kgs (15 lbs) in weight. Integra Air will accept 'D' or 'M-6' size oxygen cylinders only. The flow rate must not exceed 4 L/min.
Batteries: If you are traveling with a battery-operated regulator for your oxygen cylinder, please bring extra batteries with you to ensure that your regulator for the oxygen flow is operable.
Pregnant passengers
A woman in any stage of pregnancy is welcome to fly. Women past 32 weeks must consult a physician and obtain a written confirmation stating they are acceptable for travel and to ensure that the seatbelt will not cause injury to the unborn child.
Passengers with allergies
We do serve peanuts as snacks and other snacks with nuts as part of their ingredients (e.g. cashews, brazil nuts). The CSA must advise the pilots if a passenger declares any allergy problems relating to the snacks or food serviced on board.
Passengers Traveling with an infant
Passengers under the age of 2 yrs old travel for no charge. Children 2yrs and over pay regular fare.
Unaccompanied Minors
Integra Air does not accept unaccompanied minors. Children must be 12yrs of age or older to travel unaccompanied.
Passengers bringing medications onboard
Passengers should take any prescribed medication onboard with them. Pilots and Customer Service Agents are not permitted to administer or give out any type of medication. Passengers who may require medication during flight and are unable to administer it themselves will be required to travel with an attendant.
Syringes
Passengers who require syringes for medical circumstances and will be transporting these items in their carry-on luggage are recommended to also bring the medication which needs to be administered by a syringe. The medication needs to be in a container with the name of the medication and the name of either the pharmacy which dispensed the medication, or the manufacturer of the medication.
Visually impaired passengers
Visually impaired passengers are welcome on flights with or without a service animal, and will be pre-boarded.
Hearing impaired passengers
Hearing impaired passengers are welcome on flights with or without a service animal, and will be pre-boarded.
Service animals
Service animals will be carried in the cabin of the aircraft, free of charge, when on duty. The animal will be required to travel at the passenger's feet. Integra Air may request documentation to verify that your animal is indeed a service animal.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Full payment is required upon booking.
Fares may be non-refundable or refundable depending on fare type.
Changes made on the same day of booking (within 24 hours) are not subject to a change fee.
Changes made after the day of booking (after 24 hours) are subject to a $50.00 (+applicable taxes) change fee and a difference in fare if applicable.
Cancellations made on the same day of booking (within 24 hours) are fully refundable to original form of payment.
Cancellations made after the same day of booking (after 24 hours) will be subject to a
$50.00 (+ applicable taxes) with the remainder being placed in a credit file valid for one year from date of creation.
Tickets are fully transferable for a $50.00(+ applicable tax) fee.
Passengers arriving less than 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time will be denied boarding.
Credit files are valid for one year after date of creation.
REFUSAL TO TRANSPORT
The carrier will refuse to transport or will remove at any point a passenger:
When such action is necessary for reasons of safety.
When such action is necessary to prevent violation of any applicable law, regulation or order of any country or possession to be flown over.
To comply with any governmental request for emergency transportation in connection with national defense.
Whenever such action is necessary or advisable by reason of weather or other conditions beyond its control (including but without limitation, acts of God, "force majeure", strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, wares, hostilities, or disturbances) actual, threatened, or reported.
Whose status age, mental, or physical condition is such as to:
-
-
(i) Render him/her incapable of caring for him/herself without assistance, unless he/she is accompanied by an attendant, who will be responsible for caring for him/her enroute, and with the care of such attendant, he/she will not require unreasonable attention or assistance from employees of the carrier.
-
(ii) Make such refusal or removal necessary for the reasonable safety or comfort of other passenger(s).
-
(iii) Involve any unusual hazard or risk to him/her or to other persons (including, in cases of pregnant passengers, unborn children) or to property.
The carrier is not liable for its refusal to transport any passenger or for its removal of any passenger in accordance with the preceding paragraphs of this rule, but will, at the request of the passenger, refund in accordance with rule 11.
ACCEPTANCE OF BAGGAGE OR GOODS
-
a) All baggage or goods presented for transportation is/are subject to inspection by the carrier.
-
b) Articles of baggage or goods will not be carried when such articles are likely to endanger the aircraft, persons or property, are likely to be damaged by air carriage, are unsuitably packed, or the carriage of which would violate any applicable Canadian laws, regulations, or orders.
-
c) If the weight, size or character of baggage or goods renders such baggage or goods unsuitable for carriage on the aircraft, the carrier, prior to departure of the flight, will refuse to carry such baggage or goods or any part thereof. The following articles will be carried only with prior consent of the carrier:
-
(i) Firearms of any description. Firearms for sport purposes will be carried as baggage provided the passenger possesses the required permit/licence and, provided that such firearms are disassembled or packed in a suitable case. The provisions of this subparagraph do not apply to Peace Officers' prescribed sidearms or other similar weapons.
-
(ii) Explosives, munitions, corrosives and articles which easily ignite.
Checked baggage for any scheduled flight is limited to 2 pieces per passenger. The bag dimensions should not exceed 22.5cm (9in) x 40cm (16in) x 50cm (20in). Combined weight should not exceed 45 kgs (100lbs).
REFUNDS
Application for refund shall be made to the carrier or its duly authorized Agent.
Tickets purchased for scheduled flights may be refundable depending on fare type. If they are refundable they are subject to a $50.00(+ tax) cancellation fee.
If a portion of the flight has been completed, only the fare applicable to the remaining leg will be refunded minus applicable taxes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — PASSENGERS
-
a) The liability of the carrier in respect of the death of, or injury to, a passenger is limited to the sum of $300,000.
-
b) In no cases shall the carrier's liability exceed the actual loss suffered by the passenger. All claims are subject to proof of amount of loss.
-
c) The carrier is not liable:
-
(i) In the case of any passenger whose age or mental or physical condition, including pregnancy, is such as to involve an unusual risk or hazard, for any damages sustained by that passenger that would not have been sustained but for his/her age or mental or physical condition; or
-
(ii) In the case of a pregnant passenger, for any damages in respect of the unborn child of that passenger.
-
d) The carrier will be exempted from liability due to any failure to perform any of its obligations arising from:
-
(i) Labour disputes or strikes, whether of the carrier's employees or of others upon whom the carrier relies for the fulfillment of the flight agreement, and;
-
(ii) "Force Majeure", or any other causes not attributable to the willful misconduct of the carrier including accidents to, or failure of aircraft or any part thereof, of any machinery or apparatus used in connection therewith. Refusal of a Government or public body, on whatever grounds, to grant the carrier any clearance, license, right or other permission necessary for the performance of the carrier's operation is deemed to be included in the term "Force Majeure". Provided, always, that in the event of such failure, the carrier will use its best efforts to fulfill its obligations including the provision of alternate means of transport.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — BAGGAGE
-
a) Subject to subsection (2), the liability of the carrier in respect of loss, or damage to, baggage, whether caused directly or indirectly by the act, neglect or default of the carrier or not, is limited to the sum of $100.00 per passenger.
-
b) The liability of the carrier is limited to the declared value of baggage except when the passenger:
-
(i) Has declared the value of the baggage to be an amount exceeding $100.00 per passenger for any one or more passengers; and
-
(ii) Has paid an additional charge of $10.00 per $100.00 or fraction thereof for the excess amount.
-
(c) No action shall be maintained for any loss, or partial loss of or damage to baggage or for any delay in the carriage thereof unless notice of a claim is presented in writing to the head office of the carrier within 30 days from the date the baggage should have been delivered.
In no cases shall the carrier's liability exceed the actual loss of the passenger. All claims are subject to proof of amount of loss.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — GOODS
-
a) Subject to subsection (2) the liability of the carrier in respect of loss of, or damage to, goods, whether caused directly or indirectly by the act, neglect or default of the carrier or not, is limited to the sum of $10.00 per pound.
-
b) Liability of the carrier is limited to the declared value of goods except when the passenger:
-
(i) Has declared a value of the goods in an amount exceeding $10.00 per pound, and
-
(ii) Has paid an additional charge of $10.00 per $100.00 or fraction thereof for the excess amount.
SUBSTITUTION OF AIRCRAFT*
-
a) When, due to causes beyond the control of the carrier, the aircraft contracted for is unavailable at the time the air transportation commences or becomes unavailable while carrying out such transportation the carrier may furnish another aircraft of the same type or, with the consent of the party contracting for the use of the aircraft, substitute any other type of aircraft if the rates and charges for the new aircraft are the same as for the original aircraft, except as provided in paragraphs (b) and (c).

b) When the substituted aircraft is capable of a larger payload than the original aircraft contracted, the payload carried in the substituted aircraft will not be greater than the payload which would have been available in the aircraft originally contracted, unless the party contracting for the use of the aircraft agrees to pay the rates and charges applicable to the substituted aircraft.
-
c) When the maximum payload of the substituted aircraft is smaller than the maximum payload of the original aircraft contracted, charges will be based on the rates and charges applicable to the type of substituted aircraft.
* Applicable when the contract entails the use of the full capacity of the aircraft in question.
COMPENSATION AS A RESULT OF OVER BOOKING
When a passenger who has a ticket and a confirmed reservation is denied boarding as a result of over booking:
-
a) If the passenger has not checked in 15 minutes before departure, his/her seat space will be given to another passenger waiting on standby requiring the first passenger to rebook his/her reservation.
-
b) If the passenger is denied boarding after checking in, before the cutoff times, he/she shall be offered passage on another flight to his destination.
-
c) If the passenger has to wait or overnight because of denial of boarding, he/she shall be compensated for his/her taxi to and from the airport to a suitable hotel and accommodations and meals will be provided at no extra cost.
Refund in accordance with rule 11.
FAILURE TO OPERATE SERVICE OR OPERATE ON SCHEDULE
Except when beyond the control of the carrier, when a passenger who has a ticket and a confirmed reservation is delayed because of:
-
a) A schedule irregularity such as a change in the schedule of a flight, delay in arrival or departure time, or cancellation of a flight; or
-
b) Inability to provide previously confirmed space.
The carrier will transport the passenger on another of its flights on which space is available, at no additional cost to the passenger or refund in accordance with rule 11.
