Fare OptionsValue Fare Value Plus Fare Flexi-Fare Fare Rules & Regulations:1. Cancellations Refunds are permitted on cancelled bookings as outlined in the respective fare rules above. Where cancellations are permitted, these must be made four (4) hours or more prior to scheduled departure time, and will be charged a cancellation fee where applicable. Cancellations made less than four (4) hours prior to scheduled departure time will be charged a full one-way fare. Some promotional fares may have additional fare rules specified. Please check with your customer service agent. 2. Changing Reservations Flight dates and times may only be changed as outlined in the respective fare rules above. 3. Name Changes Name changes are permitted as outlined in the respective fare rules above. Not all tickets allow name changes. 4. Fees GST (5%) and Nav Canada/Insurance/Fuel Surcharge/Terminal Fees are collected on all flights. Integra Air also collects a Security Tax (Air Traveller's Security Charge), per one-way flight as directed by the Government of Canada. Integra Air collects Airport Improvement Fees as directed by the appropriate Airport Authorities. 5. No Shows Those who miss a flight(s) forfeit all monies paid for that flight; they will not receive a credit or a refund. 'All monies paid' is defined as all fares, fees, surcharges and taxes. 6. Cancelled Flight If a flight is cancelled due to weather, mechanical reasons, etc, by Integra Air then all passengers scheduled to be on said flight will not be charged for that flight. If however the passenger waits or transfers to the next available Integra Air flight they will be billed accordingly. Baggage Policy: Carry-On Baggage – One carry-on bag is allowed per passenger and must fit under the seat in front of you. If it does not, the bag will be considered checked baggage and placed in the cargo area. Checked Baggage - Passengers are permitted up to two (2) pieces of checked baggage; two (2) checked bags with a combined total weight of fifty (50) lbs or Eighteen (22.5) Kg. The total dimensions (multiply length by width by height) of each bag shall not exceed 155cm/62 inches. Name Tags - Identification tags must be attached to the inside and outside of all baggage for security measures. Disclaimer - Maximum liability for lost or damaged baggage is $100.00 CAD per per-son per incident. Please inform us of any loss or damage to baggage within 24 hours of arrival. Integra Air strongly advises the purchase of travel insurance which covers expenses or reimbursement for lost or damaged baggage. Integra Air assumes no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles. Please read the dangerous goods section to ensure you do not attempt to transport any items that are not allowed. Integra Air reserves the right to leave behind any or all baggage if for any reason, the weight of all the combined passenger baggage exceeds our designated safety limitations. This is only done to ensure the safety of our passengers. Baggage left behind will be sent on the next available flight. Excess Baggage - All baggage that exceeds the maximum number of pieces or weight allowed for an individual passenger will be deemed excess baggage. Excess baggage will be taken if space is available, but Integra Air is under no obligation to transport extra baggage. Excess baggage fees of $1 per lb will be applied to all baggage over 50lbs. Excess baggage fees of $40 per article will be applied to all checked baggage over and above the allowance of 2 pieces. On the day of departure, our Customer Service Representatives will advise if baggage over allowance can be carried just prior to departure of the flight. Oversize Baggage - All baggage, which exceeds the maximum allowable size (length by width by height) restrictions, will be deemed oversize baggage. All oversize bags will be taken if space is available, but Integra Air is under no obligation to transport oversize baggage. Heavy Baggage - Any one piece of baggage, which exceeds the maximum allow-able weight restriction of 50lbs, will be deemed heavy baggage. Health and safety regulations place limits on the carriage of heavy baggage. Heavy baggage over 50lbs cannot be carried due to safety implications for our customer care associates and ramp workers. If your bag weighs over 50lbs, you will be asked to split the contents so that each piece of baggage weighs less than 50lbs. Additional pieces of checked baggage over the 2 per person limit will be treated as Excess baggage, and subject to the excess baggage policy as above. If you are unable to reduce the weight of any one piece of baggage below the 50lbs limit, due to health and safety regulations, it will not be able to be carried. |
